Join us for a fun and enlivening summer party honoring our new release 2023 “El Jardín” Albariño. We’ve lined up our good friend and local retail partner and chef, Carlos, from Boerne Taco House to serve up his fresh ceviche tostadas alongside the fabulous and fresh Albariño. A member favorite!
Socialize with fellow Texas wine lovers in our community while experiencing the bright and crisp white wine perfectly paired.
Live Music from 2-5 pm with our good friend Richard Vidmer. He performs the best classics and oldie covers!

Saint Tryphon 2023 Albarino “El Jardin”
The premier white varietal of Saint Tryphon, Albariño is sunny, savory and succulent. The growing conditions in 2023 were ideal for this Tryphon mainstay. Harvested in late August at 22 brix, pressed-off immediately and fermented cold and slow in stainless steel tanks. Fined and filtered prior to bottling, “El Jardin” combines bright citrus flavors with a touch of salinity. Our last vintage, 2021, received Best Texas Albariño at the prestigious TEXSOM awards; we believe the 2023 offers even more bounty.
